This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to services purchased from Qubeotic via https://qubeotic.com or through direct contact.
1. Nature of Our Services
We provide custom IT and development services, such as:
Web development
Mobile app development
AI & chatbot solutions
E-commerce development, integration, and other IT services
These are mostly service-based and project-based, not pre-packaged products.
2. Advance Payments
Many projects require an advance payment or initial milestone before work starts.
This advance is used for project planning, resource allocation, and initial work.
As a general rule, advance payments are non-refundable once work has started.
3. Cancellations (Before Work Starts)
If you cancel before we begin any work:
We may, at our discretion, refund part or all of the advance, after deducting any administrative or consultation costs already incurred.
4. Cancellations (After Work Has Started)
If you cancel after work has started:
We may charge for the work completed up to the cancellation date.
Any refund (if applicable) will be calculated after deducting the value of completed work, resources reserved, and administrative costs.
In many cases, once significant work is done, no refund will be possible.
5. Completed Projects
Once a project is delivered as per agreed scope (or milestone), and you have approved or gone live:
Refunds are generally not provided.
However, we may address issues via support, bug fixing, or changes based on the agreement.
6. Change Requests
If you request changes beyond the original scope, they may be treated as:
New tasks or
Change requests with additional cost
These are not grounds for a refund of the original project fee.
7. How to Request Cancellation or Refund

We will review and respond within a reasonable time.
8. Disputes
If there is any dispute, we will first try to resolve it amicably through communication.
If unresolved, it will be handled as per the Governing Law & Jurisdiction in our Terms & Conditions.
